A project our clients started dreaming about over two years ago. We started design planning this time last year, and broke ground the fall of 2022.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of filming and photographing the finished space with @ifcstudios

We set off this week with the intention of removin

We set off this week with the intention of removing the caved in garage roof to our 19th Street Remodel.

The previous homeowner had stored so much material in the rafters that over time the roof caved in. We bought it this way, and budgeted for reframing and shingling a new roof structure.

As we were removing the roof we realized the foundation was cracked, thus leading us to demo the entire garage and now we will reinforce the foundation and build new walls and a new roof!
